Pelargonium Lime Leaf Cookies

Small lime-scented crinkled leaves are just the right size to decorate a small sugar cookie.

The Pelargonium nervosum is a hybrid known for its lime-scented crinkled leaves. Its leaves are the right size to place on top of small, frosted sugar cookies. The contrast of the green leaves against the pink lavender frosting makes the dessert stand out.

The P. lime-scented pelargonium nervosum is a cross between P. crispum and another species, possibly P. principissae according to Robert Sweet (botanist).
