Scented Pelargonium Sugar Cookies

Dusting your sugar cookies with scented pelargonium leaf sugar gives them an aromatic floral note.

Attar of Rose sugar gives cookies a floral note without overpowering them. Sprinkle it on top before baking so it melts slightly and gives a fragrance to the whole sugar cookie. Then place a few flowers around the platter for added color.
